Calcined Clay Turface MVP for Bonsai and Other Plants – Turface is an all natural clay product traditionally used on baseball fields, alternatively the high fired and all natural nature of the clay used in making turface allows for a very effective usage as a bonsai planting soil or as an additive to your bonsai soil blends.
Proper Moisture Management – Calcined clay allows the bulk of the water you use to water your bonsai tree to waft through, even as the clay absorbs some water and through the years allows the water to be released to keep the roots moist, but not overly wet.
Great for allowing air waft around roots – The gritty nature of this 1/8 screened clay allows for ample air waft in the soil blend to let roots breathe, which contributes to more productive and not more disease prone trees.
Resealable Bag – Each and every of our bags of turface are shipped in a releasable bag that allows so that you can safely use and store the product for future use, without worrying about it being damaged, spilled, or another way spoiled.

As a hydroponics grower, I know how important it is to get the right medium for your plants, and to match palnt and hydroponic system with the medium suitable for it.
So after studying the matter throughly for my own greenhouse, I decided to start this blog to spread the knowledge.
I hope you (and your plants) enjoy it.
